世界币WDC新钱包计划 10 月 31 日发布

　　WDC 论坛中最近的公告发布时间是 22 号，上一次是 16 日。

　　16 日的公告中提到在 10 月 31 日发布新钱包。22 日发布的公告说，新钱包发布工作进展顺利，仅剩下最后一些部分要完成。很快就会准备好万圣节前夕的测试。

We are beginning to prepare for the month of November to target related forums with the announcement of the newest wallet release on the 31st October.
