第一篇章“信任产生价值”

在日常的生产和生活中，我们为什么要建立信任，因为在商业活动中，信任可以让责任有承担者，交易双方可以公平和透明的在进行做事，还可以达到预期设定的原则进行行事。之所以垂直化公司存在，有一个重要因素就是团队协作，而内部团队信任更容易建立，相对比于外部市场的不诚信，公司内部建立信任水到渠成，但是这些远远都不够，因为公司与公司之间需要建立外部的信任，因为只有信任，才会进行资源的交易，换句话说信任可以作为一种生产要素，信任与劳动力和技术都有着同样的重要性，08年的金融危机，让之前银行赚取的20%净资产收益率暴露出来，目前这些银行的收益率可能只有5%不到，所以在过期公司通过作恶的行为的确赚取了很多利润，无论是在发展中国家建立工厂，将污染带到那里，或者廉价出售生产垃圾到平穷的地区，这些都是正直或者信任的缺失，赚取这些短期的私利让整个西方的金融体系变得没有信任感。在公司管理中，我们经常提到员工没有错，错在没有制定标准，同样没有可信任的平台，我们不知道如何去进行交易。

或许区块链技术可以让参与者不需要建立相互的信任，因为本身区块链技术就是信任制造的机器，通过这种类似的平台我们可以与不同人进行信任交易，因为通常不同地区对于价值交换都有自己的审视，区块链将正直性植入到软件内部，并且信任部署到整个网络中，另外区块链降低协调、搜索和建立信任的成本，公司与公司之间也可以轻松的建立友好的信任关系，通过软件的执行和结算，参与者必须兑现承诺，作恶系统的成本会远远高于贡献维护者，因为在这个超级账本中，随着时间的推移，账本的内容在不断的增加，想要修改所有者全部的账本，必须要拥有51%以上的算力，相信一个头脑清醒的人拥有这么高的算力，绝对不会轻易作恶，所以区块链技术为金融服务产业带来一个新的不一样的公共设施，它也会督促企业产出对社会可信赖的产品，不管愿不愿意，这些数据不可更改，而且我们还要考虑其他参与者的利益，一起实现信任共赢。

Perhaps blockchain technology can help participants avoid the need to build mutual trust, because the blockchain technology itself is a trust making machine through which we can conduct trust transactions with different people through similar platforms, because different regions often have their own perspectives on value exchange, blockchains embed integrity into the software and deploy trust across the network, while blockchains reduce coordination, search, and trust building costs, it's also easy to build friendly trust between companies, and through software execution and billing, participants have to deliver on their promises, and the cost of the evil system will be far higher than the cost of contributing to the maintainers, because in this super book, over time, the books have grown in size, and anyone who wants to change the owner's entire account must have at least 51% of his or her ability to calculate, so blockchain technology brings a new and different public utility to the financial services industry, and it also urges firms to produce socially reliable products, whether they like it or not.
