区块链技术是信任制造的机器，在可信的分布式账簿下，我们可以利用这个可信的协议进行合作组织的运作，在这个组织体系下，我们做事情都是可信任的，这就像是头号玩家电影中的巨型保护罩，在这个保护伞下，所有的动作都是安全和不受攻击的，合作组织又被人们误以为是共享经济，共享share在英文中是免费的含义，孩子们经常的头口禅就是“要学会分享”，其实在儿童的世界，共享不需要额外的支付费用，但是到了共享单车、新能源汽车、共享女友等等，这个词语的含义就会发生了形变，因为这里的共享就是相互进行等价的交换，这些分享的行为成为了商品化的共享，很多打着共享资源的公司，也是资源服务的聚合者，它们旨在假借时尚前沿事物去创建中心化的平台，从而出售闲置的资源，用户需要资源时候，当然需要支付金钱，所以我们期待的合作组织会有所不同。

区块链合作组织期待一种相互协作并分享更多有用的价值信息，用户愿意投入其中主动工作，他们的劳动成果转换成为记录的数字资产、贡献度或者资源等存储在这个超级账簿中，这里更多体现的是全员参与，而不是部分用户的贡献被中心平台掌控，区块链合作组织参与者对整个平台作出贡献，当然会有对应的激励，如果用户浏览学习，平台也应该鼓励用户这种行为活动，或许区块链所引导的方向有点另类，但是对于一般用户来说又是一种挑战和机遇，就像顶级区块链大师BM所描述那样，他一直都在寻找最优的社区治理，同样区块链应用也正在寻找它的商业应用爆发口，期待区块链合作组织可以让用户参与度和创造性更具影响力，带动我们更好的拥抱区块链。
